Server worked great, easy to use and troubleshoot. Some odd issues in-game such as other players not being visible or enemies not spawning, but theses resolved themselves after a few minutes each time they appeared. Server was modded, and game is not full release, so cause could be any number of issues and I have zero evidence this was the fault of the server, likely caused by something else. Solid recommend for server host.

Had trouble connecting to my server at first due to crossplay issues. They responded to my ticket within 10 mins and kept in touch with me until the problem was resolved. 25/10 customer service

I rented an Enshrouded server for some months and right when another month was paid, we decided to change over to a Palworld Server. I asked in Discord if they can do something about it and POOF not even 1 hour later i got a palworld server, absolutely amazing

I’ve been running a Vintage Story server for a while now, and finding the right host felt like searching for something that just… cared. Most places treat you like a ticket number and a recurring charge. This one doesn’t. From the first time I opened a support ticket, the difference was obvious. The replies weren’t copy-pasted scripts. They were patient, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure my little world kept running. Whether it was a small config question or something that had me stressed at 2 a.m., they showed up. No attitude. No rush to close the ticket. I'm new to hosting a server like this and was having a little trouble with some of the finer aspects of setting up my rig for my friends, I reached out to their service team and a Darius came and made it super easy to understand and eventually took over when I wasn't getting it. I'd reccomend the site to my friends if they ever were looking to host.

I have been using the Minecraft Java server hosting service for 8 months now and have enjoyed it. There was a learning curve since the servers are based on Linux, and I only knew Windows at first. Once I learned my way around, I was able to get things running quickly and effectively. I unfortunately had my server griefed without my knowledge and WinterNode's support was quick to help me recover a backup so the world could be restored. I would recommend this service if you are looking for an affordable Minecraft server host, and you are willing to put in some work to learn the systems.

Great server service for Palworld. My friends and I were able to play together and build elaborate bases without any lags or downtime. I do recommend having your server restart every 12 hours to make sure it stays in top shape.

Would highly recommend their services, the human support is very fast and helpful, and the online documentation is robust and informative. The only game I've used them for is Minecraft and I don't really have any experience with other server hosting options, so I can't offer any comparisons, but I've also never felt the need to consider other options because Winternode has always been reliable and affordable.

Winternode is genuinely amazing! I bought a server a bit ago then had to go on a mental break from everything. I had already paid for a month of my $19 server. I opened a ticket and wanted to see if I could get some sort of refund since I couldn't use my server. They did! They issues me $10 in credits which went toward my new 5GB server.

We had a good time using their servers for Vintage Story. They were always very helpful and quick to answer questions which I had a lot as a first time hoster.

I really liked that I was able to manage the entire server from a browser. It meant I didn't have to be at home monitoring everything all the time. I could log into the client from my phone while I was out and about to run server commands or restart the server as needed. The price was okay, but a little on the higher end. I think it was ultimately worth it because the server only had one period of outage over the course of two months. If the cost was able to drop a little while maintaining the quality I had, it would make the service the best available in my opinion.

Edit: I was at a one star now I’m at a 5 star. I don’t recommend this user interface for people who are just beginning servers. But the support was nothing but helpful and kind. And issued me my refund Winter-node I would love to use your service in the future but it was super hard to change server setting and to figure out how to get the server up and running. Those are the only issues I had that made me so upset.

I have used Winternode before in the past as a moderator for servers, though I have finally been able to run and pay for my own server. For one, it is very affordable for someone like me who doesn't have a full time job yet, and when I was having trouble with some lag on my server, the staff went above and beyond to help me solve my problems, including making a datapack to disable a feature in a different datapack that was causing the lag! Genuinely incredible community and awesome server hosting.
